Launch It Ugly Challenge
Stop overthinking and start creating more.
There’s something you’ve been sitting on.
Maybe it’s half a blog post, a product idea, a freebie, a messy draft, or a Reel you recorded 17 times and still haven’t posted.
It’s not ready but it’s real. And that’s enough.
Welcome to the Launch It Ugly Challenge, where we stop polishing and start posting.
What is “Launching It Ugly”?
It’s sharing before you’re 100% ready.
It’s shipping the thing with typos, weird lighting, or a last-minute Canva graphic.
It’s getting the idea out there before it dies in your Drafts folder.
It’s trusting that you’ll get better by doing, not by waiting.
Why This Challenge?
Because perfection is a creative delay tactic.
Because momentum > polish.
Because the content graveyard is full of “almost ready” ideas.
Because DONE is hotter than perfect.
🔥 The Challenge Rules (Spoiler: There Are None)
Here’s how to join:

Give yourself 60 minutes max to prep it. Not a second more.
Post it publicly or privately but DO NOT over-edit.
Send the newsletter. Post the Reel. Drop the offer. Publish the caption.Share it with the hashtag #LaunchItUgly on Threads, Notes, Instagram, or right here in the comments.
What Counts?
An unpolished blog post
A first draft of a digital product
A Canva design you almost trashed
A Reel you’ve been sitting on
A “soft launch” of your new offer
A messy but heartfelt email
A Notion link you’ve been scared to share
If you’ve been overthinking it, it counts.
